Barolo "Sarmassa", Brezza - 2019

Item # 41184 750 mL

Brezza is a 4th generation winery in the Barolo commune. Today, the estate farms organically, hand harvests, ferments with native yeasts and ages in the traditional large, old Slavonian oak casks. Their Sarmassa cuvée comes from a 1 ha plot of vines planted in clay and silt soils, some of which were planted in 1941. Softer in tannins, this is a bottling you could enjoy in a more youthful stage.
