We had the pleasure of hosting Kyle MacLachlan recently to showcase his wines and I now have a hard time deciding which I like more, his work in the wine business or on the big screen! This beautiful Cabernet showcases all the best aspects of the varietal in the distinctive climate of Columbia Valley. This wine envelopes the palate with bright blackberry, blackcurrant, and a light tobacco characters that blend into the playful tannins that linger with each sip. A great wine to break into while you watch Twin Peaks, or even better one to hold onto and enjoy in the presence of those you love. This wine is showing beautifully now, but definitely has the legs to show even more character with age, just like Kyle.
