The inspiration for this wine stems from Zurab Topuridze's son who was also the artist for the label. The Saperavi grapes were grown on lime-rich soils that were pressed with stems straight into qvevri that was sealed and allowed to ferment with ambient yeasts. On the palate, you'll find mixed dark-berried aromas that are pure and pulpy. There's a slight prickle on the palate due to the protective residual CO2.
