Made from Nebbiolo vines from three vineyards: Rabaja, Rabaja-bas and Faset. The soils are from the composite Marne di Sant'Agata which is a mix of clay, sand and limestone. Full of rich textures on the palate alongside spices, tobacco and berries. Fermented in stainless and then aged for a year and a half in old Slavonian botti and then again in bottle before release.
