A Pinot Noir from vines planted on the north facing slopes of Mount Etna in the commune of Randazzo. The vines were planted with a massale selection of Pinot from Burgundy. Planted in Albarello, the classic practice of Sicily, with a dense planting of 10000 vines per hectare. This intense planting helps render an exquisite Pinot Noir. Fresh, fragrant and true to the elegance of a fine Pinot Noir.
