Craven Wines, Cinsault - 2022

Item # 39443 750 mL

After looking for the right Cinsaut vineyard for quite some time, and with the help of a dear friend, winemaker Mick Craven finally discovered a special site up on the Bottelary Hills. The vines are 25 year old bush vines planted in Malmesbury shale. The Cinsaut grapes were destemmed before fermentation and the wine is pressed to 500L barrels for maturation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with a touch of sulphur.
