When it comes to a passion fruit liqueur look no farther than Chinola! Sustainably grown and perfectly balanced, utilizing 100% raw passion fruit at its base. Where some liqueurs are cloying in their profile Chinola brings all the best flavors with a more subtle sweetness meant to be enjoyed on its own, as well as to pair perfectly in any more tropical or tiki themed cocktail! My current favorite is working it into a Saturn recipe. 1½ OZ. GIN ½ OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE ¼ OZ. PASSION FRUIT PURÉE (Chinola) ½ OZ. ORGEAT ¼ OZ. VELVET FALERNUM Blend all the items together with a cup of crushed ice, pour into rocks glass and top with crushed ice and a lime twist!
