The chalk based soils are evident in the fresh profile of this wine.

Staff Pick Notes

Passerina is a genus of birds in the cardinal family and in Italian ‘sparrow’ translates as ‘passero’. Plays on the tones of herbs and white peach fused in a gritty pleasure. It should be consumed young, usually no later than in the second year of life. Good acidity and persistence in the mouth. Ideal both as an aperitif and as a meal.
