Staff Pick Notes

Spring is coming... And of course with that comes rosé season! I'm ready for the vibrant and fresh, blush wines to flood menus and parks across the land. Enter: Erdenlied. Light red fruit notes of cherries and strawberries dance along the palate with its fine beads. Perfectly dry and light, this is a stunning wine for the price! Serve this wine with an Italian hero as the acidity will cut through the salty, fatty cured meat perfectly.
