Staff Pick Notes

Champagne is a brand-driven product dominated by labels we have come to know and love. Light gold in color with a profound nose of pastry and brioche, mineral undertones, and a touch of straw and honey. The palate is astonishingly lush, fat, soft, and creamy with persistent freshness framing the whole. Huge personality. Grand Cru Champagne that's seven years old from a world-class vigneron for only $80. Call me crazy, but this should be flying off the shelf into your glass!
