Staff Pick Notes

Puppet Nat blurs the distinction between fine wine and grape soda. It is juicy, refreshing, off dry, and low alcohol. You'll want to pop open a bottle on a late Friday afternoon with friends. The 2020 is a light red made of Gamay and Cab Franc that were fermented a week in whole cluster, then bottled for the second fermentation. Baptiste Cousin is a natural vigneron who farms organically and vinifies with minimal intervention. He learned his craft from his natural wine legend dad, Olivier.
