Les Manyes, Terroir al Limit - 2019

Item # 35538 750 mL

One of the top cuvées from a new producer in Priorat, Terroir al Limit. Winemaker Dominick Huber hand-harvests grapes from old Garnatxa vines grown in chalky soil. The wine aged for 2 years in a large old foudre. Impressive minerality and freshness, this wine is excellent young, yet definitely ageworthy.

Terroir

“Terroir” means earth or soil in French. In the wine world, terroir refers to the physical conditions of a region, a vineyard site, or any parcel of vine-populated land. Terroir is the interplay between soil and climate and the impact of these elements on a wine.
