Winemaker, Iago Bitarishvili, makes this dry, aromatic white wine in the Kartli region of central Georgia in the village of Chardakhi. Golden in hue, a qvevri (anfora) wine, with aromas of citrus, dried oranges and warm spices. Aged for 6 months in anfora and clearly a wine that has proven to be for the long run if you choose to age for many years to come.
