Old Forester 1897 Bonded Bourbon

In honor of the original Bonded Act of 1897, which helped guarantee the quality of whiskies on the market, America's oldest bottled bourbon has released their own certified bonded whiskey. Still in use today, the act states that the spirit must be from one distillery, from one season, made by one distiller and aged at a federally bonded warehouse for a minimum of four years at 100 proof. Pleasantly full bodied right out of the gate, all your classic notes like ripe apples, baked pears, spicy vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel are amplified on the round voluptuous body.
