For the California Citrus, fruit is sourced exclusively from the Lindcove Ranch family farm in the San Joaquin Valley. Farmer John Kirkpatrick has been working with St. George for over 12 years, providing a trinity of citrus varieties for this vodka that include Valencia oranges, Seville oranges, and Bergamot. Once the fresh fruit arrives at the distillery, it is peeled, and each variety is infused separately into a non-GMO neutral alcohol. Each infusion is then distilled individually. Premium cuts are made and then three distillates are finally blended back together for the final product! Notes include incredibly ripe, juicy pure citrus, vine flowers, honeysuckle, rose, and leafy greens. Amazing.
