The Barale estate is located in the commune of Barolo where they have honed their skills since the 19th century. This comes from 3 vineyards: Preda, Monrobiolo and Castellero. Aged in 30 hl oak barrels followed by a further 6 months in bottle before release. Excellent with braised short ribs.

The most famous grape in Piedmont is the noble Nebbiolo, which makes the long-lived Barolo and Barbaresco.
