Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters

Item # 28918 146 mL

Inspired by modern tiki luminary, Brian Miller, the team at Bittermens set out to essentially make something that had never been made before - a falernum liqueur in a more concentrated and spicier bitter form. With distinguished notes of allspice and cinnamon, this is one of the most impressive and useful bitters we've encountered.

A simple mixture of spirits, sweetener, bitters, and hot water can lead to multiple variations. Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters is a bitter that is inspired from the flavors of falernum. Notes of allspice, cinnamon, lime zest, and almond pair beautifully with a trio of Jamaican rums in this toddy recipe. "Coming in Hot" Toddy 1 oz. Appleton 15 year Rum 1/2 oz. Worthy Park Single Estate 1/4 oz. Hampden Overproof 3/4 oz. Borschi Amaro 1/4 oz. Brown Sugar Syrup 2 dash Bittermens Tiki Bitters 5 1/2 oz.
