The story of Domaine Crochet dates back to the early 1950s, in Bue, at town in the Central Valley of Loire's Sancerre region. Today, Gilles Crochet and his wife Laurence, also a daughter of a Sancerre grower, oversee the estate. The vineyards cover 35 hectares, 26 of Sauvignon Blanc grapes for white wines and just 9 hectares of Pinot Noir from which red and rosé are produced. This gorgeous glass of Rosé is the personification on elegance. Bright and fresh with endless pink florals. The acidity is mouth-watering and invites a great variety of food pairings.Suibtle fuit notes of wild strawberry and raspberry balance against the distinct minerality of the Sancerre region.
