Looking for a saké to serve warm? This Honjozo from Hakkaisan brewery is the perfect bottle for such heated treatment. Honjozo classified sakés are of the lowest rice polish grade (seimaibuai), the small amount of which typically makes them a little rough around the edges. The raw rice flavors and alcohol heat are tempered and smoothed when this saké is heated. It's an ideal match for hotpot dinners on cold nights.
