Gutiérrez Colosia, Pedro Ximénez Sherry

Half-Bottle of Gutiérrez Colosia, Pedro Ximénez Sherry

375 mL
Item # 27875

Naturally sweet. A collectible sherry from an old classical house in Jerez. Made from partially fermented Pedro Ximénez grapes, this dark wine yields sweet sultanas, dates, white figs and spices across a balanced textured palate. Great with blue cheeses, soft runny cow's milk cheeses and of course, salty iberico with Marcona almonds.
