Staff Pick Notes

Chardonnay is a lesser seen varietal in Argentina, but this Mendoza Blanc de Blanc showcases the character it can bring with proper care. With 18 months aging on the lees, there is a nice mousse to this sparkling wine, but the fruit is still fresh and driven showcasing the classic flavors of yellow pear and McIntosh apple. Crisp, clean and perfect on its own but also a wonderful compliment for a spritz.
