From several parcels and the type of Barolo you can enjoy young or with a few years of age to it. The vines are younger and planted in a mix of soils made predominantly of clay with some limestone. Aged for 30 months in a mix of large Austrian oak casks before bottling. Pair this half bottle with a bowl risotto and freshly shaved truffles.
