Kubler Absinthe

Kubler is without a doubt one of the finest spirits produced anywhere in the world, an Absinthe that can stand next to the likes of Delaware Phoenix, La Clandestine, and Vieux Pontarlier as the true cream of the crop for the category. Made in the traditional Swiss "blanche" or "la bleue" style, the spirit isn't macerated with coloring herbs after distillation, resulting in a clear final product (a practice that took off in Switzerland after absinthe's prohibition to evade the authorities). But while it lacks the stereotypical green color of its non-Swiss peers, it retains the same aromatic intensity and alcoholic pungency you've come to expect (53% abv).
