In an ideal world, Broker's would be every bar's house gin, call gin, and top shelf gin for cocktails. Well balanced, with a soft texture and a healthy balance of botanicals, this guy works for pre-Prohibition tipples and modern classics. But today, you're hopefully going to make a corpse reviver (the second) with it. This drink is composed of equal parts gin, triple sec (go with Luxardo or Combier), lime juice, and Cocchi Americano. Add a dab of absinthe of your choice and you have the world's greatest brunch drink.
