Wehlener Sonnenuhr is widely considered to be one of the finest vineyards in the entire world for Rieslings. This bottle shows you that this is not just belief. Yes, there is a large sundial that sits amidst these golden vines, and that's because it's clearly always time to drink Mosel Riesling! I would drink a glass of this wine every damn day for the rest of my life. I would not only not tire of it, but I would find another beautiful note or aroma every time. I would buy cases of this, many for short term consumption, and also many for cellaring. This will age beautifully, offering lush stone fruits, a bouquet of delicate white flowers, wet river stones, and a tiny touch of petrol.
