A stunning Champagne made from older vines of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. A portion of the grapes come from massale plantings from the Blanches Voies vineyard which has limestone-based soils. Aged for 10 months in barrique before bottling for the second fermentation where the wine aged in bottle for 72 months before disgorging. Coeur de Cuvée is the first press of the grapes after harvest - it is only reserved for impeccable Champagne.
