Plymouth Distillery is the only house that make this style of gin and it is located in the town of... you guessed it: Plymouth, England. It is softer on the nose and palate than a traditional London dry gin and is less juniper-driven. It has a nice dose of citrus along with subtle floral notes. It coats your mouth very elegantly and has a slightly oily touch.
