Yes there is certainly a novelty aspect to this bottle, the bright green color speaks to its era (early 1960s in this case), but the rest of this spirit is deadly serious, made with natural alpine botanicals and bottled at a dry 40% abv. Definitely for the more curious imbiber but then again how often do you get to taste something like this over a half century old at this incredible price.
