A dry red made entirely from Grenache Gris, a lighter-skinned mutation. These vines are over 110 years old, and this parcel is named for the Catalan word for ram. After 4 weeks maceration, this is fermented and aged in amphora. Pair this light-bodied red with Cévennes chicken in mushroom and onion sauce.
