Made from ancient vines (100+ years) Malbec planted at high elevation in granite soils with red clay surfaces. Fermentation in enamel tank with native yeast then aged for 12 months in old Rauli barrels and amphora (50/50). A wild, mineral-driven red wine that will make you reconsider what you thought Malbec should be.
