A dry cider, made from apples, carrots and a dash of honey. Fruktstereo is a collaboration between Karl Sjöström & Mikael Nypelius, who both worked as sommeliers in fine dining in Sweden. They prefer to call their wild ciders, fruit Pét-Nats” rather than just cider. This is no ordinary bottle and is eccentric. The ethos of all of Frukstereo's products seems to stem from using discarded or abandoned produce be it apples that weren't ultimately used at some cidery or, in this case, carrots that were not fit for sale.
